The Business Strategist will support strategic priorities and initiatives that establish and advance the long-term vision and key strategic planning processes for Schwab Technology Services (STS). As part of the STS Strategy team, you will help define long-term goals/objectives and support components of the organization's operating model while partnering with key stakeholders to enable execution of identified strategies. - Partnering with leaders in support of STS strategy definition
- Participating in stakeholder interviews to understand pain points and long-term priorities
- Supporting development of PowerPoint materials that convey the story of the long-term vision, objectives, and operating model
- Supporting development of business cases to assist with cost benefit analysis
- Participating in review of interim and final deliverable recommendations
In addition to your high-impact role in strategy development, you will also gain exposure to topics on the minds of Fortune 500 technology executives:

What you have
This full-time role will also take part in the nine-month NERD (New Employee Recruitment and Development) program that blends on-the-job experience with an extensive training curriculum that covers tools, technologies, processes, and soft skills required to be successful in Schwab Technology Services. By pairing the curriculum, on-the-job experience, and web-of-support from others, NERDs are well prepared to succeed in their role which sets the table for future opportunities at Schwab.

What you have
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Management Informatoin Systems, Business, or rleated discipline with a graduation date of June 2025 or earlier, and/orability to starte full-time with the program on June 9, 2025
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance as needed, open to mentorship
- Highly collaborative work style that embraces diverse perspectives and ideas of others
- Ability to quickly understand organizational culture, structure, and constraints
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for solving problems
