We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Creator to grow our social media presence for our Schwab Network Brand. This is a great opportunity to build our social network presence while collaborating with internal teams to align on content strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualize, script and edit engaging social media videos.
  • Organize social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and strategic daily posting.
  • Organize and maintain a social content library for internal and external use.
  • Schedule and coordinate content from external partners
  • Work closely with internal teams to align content strategies.
  • Drive new engagement strategies across platforms.
  • Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to build a vibrant online community.
  • Prepare monthly social media performance reports, analyzing engagement and content effectiveness.
  • Employees may have the flexibility for a hybrid schedule, following our hybrid work flexibility program where they divide their time between working remotely or in the office. This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week for the first six months, then transition to be in office 3 days a week.

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within a retail or consumer brand environment (agency or in-house).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong video editing skills with experience using social video editing software.
  • Passion for social media, with a keen eye on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of finance and markets, with a genuine enthusiasm for the space.
  • Strong copywriting skills for engaging social media captions and posts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
