Schwab's Wealth & Advice Solutions (WAS) organization will drive our strategy to create an integrated Wealth and Advice Solutions business and prioritize the investments we make in them. We have consolidated our organization, the leadership, expertise and execution efforts with one roadmap for wealth management at Schwab.
Within WAS, the Senior Manager, Offer Management of Schwab Personalized Investing will be a part of the Investment & Offer Solutions (IOS) group, reporting to the Director of Offer Management, Schwab Personalized Investing. IOS is responsible for managing our proprietary Separately Managed Account products as well as third-party product marketplaces (Alternative Investments, Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Structured Products, Fixed Income, Annuities & Insurance, and 529). Our mission is to provide a positive experience for Schwab clients that invest in these products, while growing a revenue stream which is vital to Schwab's overall financial health.

The Senior Manager for Schwab Personalized Investing will be part of a team that defines the offer strategy and client experience for our innovative, best-in-class direct indexing product, Schwab Personalized Indexing. The team focuses on:
- Strategy & Client Experience - Envision the future and define the roadmap of investing offers at Schwab; design compelling client experiences that allow a client to personalize their investments
- Execution - Coordinate with business partners to execute on our client and financial representative experience; own all aspects of launching products including product definition, offer development, implementation and experimentation
- Analysis - Proactively analyze data to uncover insights that drive business value and impact including competitor reviews, market trends, customer demand, and user behavior
- Partnership - Build close relationships with key internal partners and support client-facing employees in delivering (specifically through web and mobile strategies) an integrated end-to-end client experience
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Developing end-to-end vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap and supporting ongoing management of our ongoing direct indexing offer
- Understanding market landscape and conducting competitive and financial analysis to identify offer enhancements.
- Assessing tradeoff decisions and roadmap prioritization to innovate offerings and capture market share.
- Leading strategic implementation of critical projects and offer enhancements (such as platform enhancements, new pricing strategies, business model evolution, and risk projects).
- Working with cross-enterprise internal and external partners to build consensus and ensure strategic alignment to drive measurable outcomes.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives and project implementation independently.
- Supporting business oversight and risk management of the platforms, as well as the development of the key objectives and measurable results.
What you have
- 4+ years of full-time work experience, including 2+ years of work experience in financial services with product management and / or business strategy, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm or at a large organization
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills, including ability to gather data and synthesize insights to understand client needs and business impacts to inform product design
- Experience in developing product strategies, business cases, and leading the execution of major initiatives
- Strong project management skills, including attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and the ability to work efficiently, independently, and proactively to meet tight deadlines
- High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, motivated to drive results while operating autonomously in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective presentations and communications tailored to specific audiences
- Dynamic relationship, partnership, and collaborative skills; a strong teammate with experience working with others to champion initiatives across multiple departments
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or equivalent post-MBA level experience a plus
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
