As a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner, you will join a team of HR Business Partners supporting the Schwab Technology Services (STS) organization. Schwab Technology Services (STS) provides innovative and reliable technology products and services for both clients and employees needed to run and manage the business. STS includes Advisor Services Technology, Client Experience Technology, Client Trading Experience Technology, Core Technology Solutions, Cross Enterprise Services, Data and Rep Technology, Infrastructure and Operations, Office of the CTO, Personalized Investing Engineering, Schwab Cybersecurity, Strategy & Business Management and Wealth and Asset Management Engineering. You will make a meaningful impact by serving as a trusted and collaborative advisor in providing proactive, practical, and valued HR thought partnership to business leadership while ensuring alignment with Schwab's corporate culture and business initiatives.

What you have
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resource Management (e.g., HR Generalist, Leadership & Development, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating as a HR Business Partner within large to mid-sized organizations.
- Successful history of cultivating strong business relationships to create alignment and support.
- Proven track record of shaping strategy and leading with influence.
- Experience operating successfully in a complex matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated relationship building and change management skills with senior leaders.
- Successful history of impacting organizational effectiveness and delivering strategic results.
- Experience in organizational design and creating workforce plans to inform decision-making.
- Significant experience with workforce analytics along with the ability to use data and reporting to drive strategic decisions.
- Proven track record of developing organizational change initiatives that deliver real business results.
- Demonstrated business knowledge and capability to assess HR implications of business priorities.
- Executive presence, change agent and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic and systems thinking with operational implementation.
