Charles Schwab Platform and Product Management defines the experience and oversees the management of Schwab's electronic channels (Schwab.com and mobile apps) and internal platforms used by Schwab service representatives and financial consultants. The group is responsible for providing tools and experiences that enable clients to achieve their financial objectives, while supporting the strategic growth of the firm. The group supports all of Schwab's business enterprises and works with a wide range of internal stakeholders including IT, sales and service, strategy and marketing.

The Enterprise Regulatory Disclosure Management team facilitates updates to content and leading efforts to simplify, standardize, and reuse content across the firm. The team is seeking a Senior Manager who will be responsible for ensuring content is updated and deployed per project scope requirements; leading strategic platform, product and communication projects, working with product managers within the group and stakeholders throughout the firm.

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Regulatory Disclosure Manager (individual contributor) will:

  • Disclose fragment management; Develop and enhancing content to meet specific requirements and deploying the content for consumption by internal platforms
  • Capture all markups made during creation
  • Ensure proper approvals by Business Owners
  • Navigate and manage complex projects; translate details into a detailed business requirements and develop implementation plans
  • Prioritize and manage a queue of projects, making trade-offs and negotiating with business partners, internal creative agency, and support partners
  • Recommend scalable process improvements; identify and share best practices and tools
  • Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across Schwab's business, legal, financial, operations, service, agency, publishing, and technical teams in order to execute on key initiatives and content
  • Integrate risk management principles into everyday decision-making, manage attestation processes and support audits

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • BA or equivalent degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience, including background in product management, project management, and financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being able to synthesize data, develop recommendations, and influence and persuade partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and execute to meet strategic objectives
  • Familiarity with Adobe software and online analytics
  • Effective relationship builder with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization
  • Project management skills, with a track record of execution across multiple functions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
