Duties: Creating AI roadmaps for conversational platforms. Build and implement data science models using Natural Language Processing techniques, machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques to provide recommendations to business around product refinements and to comply with risk management policies at Schwab. Manage and guide data scientists on the team to build analytical solutions. Follow agile practices for project delivery. Plan and monitor the progress of the deliverables. Communicate the business value generated from the work delivered by the team and get their buy in. Explore new opportunities to leverage data science to enhance user experience. Position supervises other employees.

What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following: Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing using tools such as Dialogflow, Anaconda enterprise and Dataiku; Machine Learning and Statistics using SAS and SQL; Project Management to build end to end roadmaps, break down plan into executable tasks, allocate resources and track performance using Jira and Confluence; Computer programming skills in Python; and Business intelligence reporting with Excel and Tableau.
