The WFS Client Experience team designs and enhances experiences that support Retirement Plan Services, Stock Plan Services and Designated Brokerage. We consider our clients plan sponsors, advisors and participants. The Sr. Manager, Client Experience often serves as a "connector" representing the workplace business when partnering across the firm to define competitive, yet efficient experiences that drive growth and increase loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand our clients, their needs and the WFS business strategy and align with both when enhancing experiences.
  • Identify key areas of opportunity for experience enhancements through data/research and documentation of end-to-end experiences.
  • Collaborate across Schwab to improve go to market experiences or enhance existing solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects that vary in scope and complexity. Must be flexible in navigating both strategy and tactics, at times supporting project management and field enablement.
  • Lead change across the organization by clearly framing issues, documenting open items, facilitating decision making and supporting business prioritization.
  • Translate business needs into clearly defined workstreams and effectively lead cross functional teams to activation.
  • Clearly and proactively communicate with all stakeholders including executive leadership, business partners, clients and vendors.

  • Proven track record influencing without authority and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to succinctly synthesize data/research, develop recommendations, create presentations and share with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work efficiently to meet deadlines with little supervision.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product/program management, marketing, business strategy or client experience.
  • Financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
