We are looking for a talented individual to join our Workfront Product Management team. This position works with team members of designated business areas to maximize efficiency in existing workflows, implement and onboard new processes, and provide vital training and support to end users to improve organizational capabilities within the Adobe Workfront platform. As well as maintaining effective practices for analyzing, organizing, and validating requirements to support efficient development and operation, the ideal candidate shares our passion for innovation, operational excellence, and collaboration in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The Manager, Workfront Product (individual contributor) will:
- Demonstrate expertise in Workfront platform configuration and capabilities to implement new and update existing workstreams to drive business impact
- Design, development, deployment, and documentation of implementations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and firm-wide users on requirements capture
- Employ analytical thinking to establish priorities and set goals
- Develop and lead training & guidance opportunities for Workfront user groups
- Create and maintain Workfront reporting to support monitoring and achievement of stakeholder goals
- Establish communication plans and processes to ensure information flows smoothly within and across teams
- Nurture cross-enterprise stakeholders in their use of Workfront and other work management applications to facilitate adoption and streamlined process for the organization
- Participate in product roadmap discussions with Workfront Group Admins to help inform long-term product and program planning
- Apply sound, consistent data capture and taxonomy practices to all work
- Partner with technology partners, product owners, and process owners to safeguard technical support, risk mitigation, and integrity of data in our environment
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience with Adobe Workfront workflow management system including Workfront Group Administrator, System Administrator, implementation specialist or similar role preferred
- Demonstrated success working in Agile teams and comprehensive project management skills
- Exceptional active listening and critical thinking skills
- Robust verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze processes & pain points, propose and implement timely, cost efficient, quality solutions
- Strong adherence to process, regulatory guidance, and mitigating risk
- Effectual time management; must be able to prioritize and multi-task successfully
- Possess a passion for problem solving and quickly learning new concepts
- Adaptive communication style and approach to connect with diverse stakeholders, influencing and inspiring them to take action based on the presented ideas
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS in communications, marketing, or related field
- Experience with Workfront Fusion and/or Workato software; knowledge of full Adobe stack and risk or process management related technologies, e.g. Jira, Naehas
- Understanding of marketing business model, content lifecylces, and digital/print work management
