Duties: Develop and code applications, working closely with peer developers and Quality Assurance team members across Scrum teams to design, develop, test, modernize, support, and integrate client-facing user interface components and supporting services. Maintain and enhance existing code base and support new feature requests. Define and implement design patterns for APIs and message consuming applications. Develop generic APIs that can be leveraged across all source systems. Design and implement resiliency frameworks across the applications. Migrate systems from using legacy oracle database. Optimize services to achieve performance and scaling goals. Engage with UI and UX teams to develop next generation user experiences. Analyze business problems and processing, help refine requirements, and design solutions. Drive continuous integration and deployment.

Salary: $155,709 to $220,100 per year

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Software Engineering or related field plus 6 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience. Experience must include 5 years of experience involving the following skills: Java/J2EE; Building apps using messaging frameworks Kafka or RabbitMQ; REST services API development; Cloud frameworks and design patterns including Micro-services, 12-factor design, and OOD; Building cloud-ready applications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, or similar cloud infrastructure); SQL or NoSQL solutions; and Authorization frameworks OAuth 2, SAML, or JWT.
