Duties: Ensure data integrity through testing calculations of equity awards and verifying compliance with forms like SEC Form-144 and Rule 10b5-1. Review requirements and technical documents for stock plan manager. Exercise Settlement Processing applications, equity compensation, and operation systems. Develop detailed test strategies based on vest schedules and tax tables. Validate use-case scenarios for users and managers, adapt to changing compliance requirements like 10b5-1, and design a hybrid test automation framework. Conduct load and volume-based testing and evaluate efficiency. Maintain code in source management tools, test equity award financial forms, validate data with SQL queries, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $149,781 to $183,400 per year

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field plus 72 months of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in a related occupation.

Experience must include 72 months in each of the following: Develop Test Automation Software Development for financial compliance and record keeping systems; Behavior-driven development (BDD) methodology using Gherkin, Ruby, and Cucumber; Designing hybrid test automation framework using UI and API test automation tools (Selenium, SoapUI, Maven, and REST-Assured); Maintain automation code/methods utilizing Object Oriented languages (Java or C#); Experience testing of backend services such as stored procedures utilizing SQL Server or Oracle on DB, and parallelization architecture utilizing PCF, Mongo, and Splunk; Design CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo or Jenkins; and Atlassian Tools (e.g. Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr).
