We are looking for an experienced SDET with over a year's experience as an SDET on the thinkorswim Web application and more than 10 years' experience as a quality assurance professional. The candidate must have expert knowledge in Cypress automation test development, managing sorry-cypress parallelization and maintaining and updating a custom JAVA MockServer mocking WebSocket services. Experience in mob and pair programming is a must. The candidate has proven experience as an SDET in all release related activity from start to finish including creation of all required documentation and tickets and the coordination and validation of all production changes. The candidate implements and enhances the testing automation framework. The candidate demonstrates ability to follow and evolve testing architectural patterns, standards, testing libraries and best practices.

Required qualifications:
- 1 years' experience as an SDET on the thinkorswim Web application
- 10 years of experience as a quality assurance professional
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of product lifecycles as well as how technical systems work and interact.
- Automating test using Cypress and Sorry-Cypress
- Conducting quality code reviews of Cypress tests
- Develops and supports MockServer websocket sevices development
- Ability to find gaps in testing and provide solutions for closing gaps.
- Perform problem-solving and root cause analysis when defects occur.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem- solving, and decision- making skills.
- Must work effectively in a team setting as well as independently with minimal error and guidance.
- Must be able to act as a subject matter expert role for various projects and initiatives.
- 1 years' experience in financial services supporting a React/Typescript trading web application.
- Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Superior client service skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
