Charles Schwab

Manager, Legal Operations

Lone Tree, CO

Salary: USD $72,500 - $122,300 / Year

Your opportunity

The Third Party Legal Process ("TPLP") team is looking for talented, hard-working, and collegial individuals to join our team. The TPLP group has primary responsibility for matters where The Charles Schwab Corporation or its subsidiaries ("Schwab") are involved as a third party. For example, TPLP handles court orders, garnishments, subpoenas, and tax and child support levies.

TPLP is an energetic, efficient, and engaged team. We are looking for a Manager who will be responsible for the oversight and processing of complex matters with precise deadlines, fielding escalations from the team and the field, building relationships with other groups, and leading by example. The Manager will also be responsible for working with other TPLP team members to execute our business goals and ensure items handled by the team are processed in an appropriate and timely manner. This is an individual contributor role.
