We are looking a Litigation Legal Support Specialist to join a team of attorneys and professionals who are responsible for litigation and arbitration matters filed against the Company. The position involves using in-house systems and resources to perform research tasks and provide administrative support for the team members in Legal Services.
What you will do:
- Research: Locate electronically stored information (ESI) across the company for handling high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters at the direction of attorneys and other members of the litigation support team.
- Organize: Review, analyze, and prepare ESI, documents and other material for delivery to counsel in litigation and arbitration matters.
- Monitor and manage: Monitor for new legal matters filed against the company and initiate the company's defenses by using the team's processes and matter management software; provide administrative help with correspondence, file transfers, trial and hearing exhibits, team calendar management, and internal reporting
- Collaborate: Support the team by skillfully operating and maintaining litigation management systems for matter management and reporting.
- Hybrid schedule: Employees may have the flexibility for a hybrid schedule, following our hybrid work flexibility program where they divide their time between working remotely or in the office. This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week for the first six months, then transition to be in office 3 days a week.

Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Legal support experience, or a general understanding of legal documents and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Adaptable to learning new technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A commitment to on-time and accurate results. You believe in excellent work, are efficient, and meet tight deadlines with little supervision.
- Advanced research and analytical skills. You can identify issues and collect, organize, and distill information from multiple sources and systems.
Strong organizational techniques and an attention to detail. You are agile and manage a diverse set of priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment: you can juggle (metaphorically speaking) while smiling. - A love for service and collaboration. You have a "can-do" attitude towards solving problems and are a team player. You eagerly seek different views and delight in fresh perspectives.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
