As an IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a difference and engage in meaningful work by providing overall project management support for technology infrastructure projects in the Stock Plan Services (SPS) organization. This role will focus on coordinating projects related to data center migrations, network upgrades and servers, from inception to completion, while ensuring that they are on time and within scope, in compliance with relevant security policies, IT standards and regulatory requirements. You will have the ability to make a broad impact by facilitating partnership and collaboration among various teams, including IT, Security, Operations and Product to deliver high-quality solutions in alignment with business objectives. This role also entails maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting, and proactively mitigating risks and resolving project-related issues in a timely manner. Special emphasis will be placed on fostering a culture of continuous improvement by refining infrastructure processes and project management methodologies.

What you have

Required qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator role.
  • Proven success coordinating large, sophisticated, and cross-functional infrastructure projects related to Server, Network and Database technologies.

Preferred qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Atlassian tool stack (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a complex environment.
  • Proven success executing tasks in ambiguous and uncertain situations.
