What you'll do:
- Leading a team of 10-15 representatives
Developing team members through coaching, career development mentoring, and motivational techniques - Work directly with some of the largest most influential RIAs in the industry
- Assessing and resolving escalated client issues at a moment's notice, helping them navigate Schwab products and services
- Providing creative ideas and solutions that will benefit the business and set the strategic direction of the segments
- Anticipating potential risk issues pertaining to all facets of the operation while presenting and implementing proactive solutions
- Working collaboratively with other managers and leadership in cross-departmental projects and initiatives

What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of 'challenging the status quo,' this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience working directly with large RIA firms
- Series 7, 63/66, Series 9/10 licenses required
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching peers and/or employees to achieve and exceed performance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Associates Degree or equivalent experience considered
- Leadership training or project management experience preferred
- Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Proven ability to embrace change and innovation
- Positive attitude, team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities within established deadlines
- Proven project management experience
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
