Your opportunity

The Wealth & Asset Management Solutions (WAMS) team is part of Wealth & Advice Solutions (WAS) enterprise. The WAMS team is responsible for the distribution and support of proprietary, and certain third-party asset management, products and services to consultants and advisors, across multiple distribution channels. The team also supports with the marketing efforts of the solutions, working closely with Offer Management, Product and Marketing teams.

We are seeking a Business Strategy role within our Distribution Strategy & Enablement team that will help support our strategic efforts related to the solutions we support.

  • Advocating on behalf of the broader WAMS organization as it relates to key business planning and communications efforts as well as various other business strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Familiarity of traditional investment styles and vehicles (i.e., separately managed accounts, ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income assets) and investment strategy.
  • Representing the broader team in cross-functional and cross-organizational related committees, working groups and initiatives.
  • An impactful collaborator and advocate, serving as a point of contact for partners like Offer Managers, Product, Technology and Marketing.
  • A proactive communicator with the broader WAMS distribution teams.
  • Effectively build and communicate strategic plans, road maps and progress updates to key stakeholders and leadership.

What you have

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in business administration program with a planned graduation date between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026
  • A minimum 3 years of work experience in related role
  • A track record of driving priorities, holding partners accountable, and delivering results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to visually frame business cases and present to a broad range of audiences.
  • Strategic mindset paired with a client centric mentality.
  • Proven ability to strengthen and enhance processes as well as drive and implement new ideas to deepen engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build solid internal and external business partner relationships.
  • A passion for service, professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and teamwork.
  • Ability to be agile and drive multiple initiatives at the same time.
