As a part of the Charles Schwab Retirement Business Track you will work alongside industry professionals, as well as gain practical business world experience. Enjoy your summer by joining the dynamic Retirement Business Services (RBS) team, where you will learn what it takes to operate a corporate retirement plan and truly understand what it means to own your tomorrow.
What you will do
- Rotate between departments within RBS to build your skillset and discover the role you could play in the financial services industry.
- Be a part of on-going projects and voice your ideas to help keep Schwab as a top financial services firm.
- Build relationships with your team by engaging in roundtables, presentations, and indulging on the occasional coffee chat or group lunch day!
- Have weekly one-on-ones with leadership to discuss potential career opportunities.
- At the end of your summer, you will host a capstone presentation to report out to RBS senior leadership discussing your 9-weeks with Charles Schwab.

- Ability to work with a team to develop solutions to various RBS issues and identify the failure mechanisms

Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a current undergraduate or graduate program tracking to start full-time employment between August 2025 and June 2026
- Ability to work full time and be on-site at one of the Schwab locations during the 9-week program (June 9 to August 8, 2025)
