Position Description:

We are seeking a Senior Decisions Platform Developer/Leader to join our CGI team, and contribute to a dynamic and determined team that will be assisting a local Northern California public sector client to successfully transform how they provide services to their Citizens.

This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S.

You will spearhead the design and establishment of the system's architecture framework during its initial setup, collaborating closely with the Technical Architect. Subsequently, they will oversee the development team throughout the implementation phase, actively participating in the entire solution implementation alongside the team.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment. We will support our clients working side-by-side in a collaborative environment modernizing their existing technology.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact



Lead the implementation of the Decisions Platform and Integration with the .NET application and SQL DB

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions and configurations using the Decisions platform

Ensure Decisions platform configuration meets security standards for the project

Configure and implement Business Rule and Workflows required to meet requirements

Ensure Alignment with the industry best practices and latest technologies

Work with the development team and provide technical guidance and mentorship

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you'll bring



8+ years of experience in software development with Decisions or similar tool
Strong expertise in setting implementation and configuration standards for large scale systems

Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles

Strong expertise in Hybrid Agile methodology

Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers

Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging techniques

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99,200 - $219,600."
