Your future duties and responsibilities
• Design needs assessment
• Develop training materials using blended training approach
• Create evaluation plans
• Design storyboards
• Create web-based training modules
• Develop content in e-learning authoring tools
• Testing of content to meet SCORM and 508 compliance standards
• Creation of multi-mode learning content
• Facilitation of end-user workshops and demonstrations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 5 + years of professional experience including knowledge of instructional design methods
• Understanding of adult learning theories
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to motivate others, communicate concepts, and disseminate information clearly

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
5+ years experience
• Knowledge of ERP Federal Financial systems
• Experience with various learning content authoring tools

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $55,600.00 - $118,700.00.
