• Executes, monitors and controls technical projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Communicates accurate and timely project accomplishments and overall project health to stakeholders via required measures and methods (such as status reports, metrics, checkpoints, portfolio reports, and scorecards).
• Manages and monitors project budgets with high focus on approved technical funding and technical cost containment. Ensures cost changes have accurate and timely approvals and follow corporate and department standards, policies and procedures.
• Reviews project deliverables, especially technical artifacts.
• Manages a team of technical project managers, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

Resource Planning

• Staffs technical projects through initial resource planning and ongoing accurate labor forecasting. Ensures the right teams are engaged at the right time for the right work over the life of the program.
• Ensures accurate and timely resource time charges to assigned program.
• Coordinates contingent labor procurement/selection as required for assigned program.

Risk Management

• Ensures adherence to all government, corporate and department standards, policies and procedures in all technical artifacts, tasks and decisions across the technical team.
• Works to ensure all artifacts adhere to all standards, policies and procedures
• Proactively manages overall risks and risk mitigation plans.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED and 15 years of Technology experience
• 12+ years of Technology experience
• 10 years of Program Management experience including managing large programs with various sub-projects with cross functional teams
• 10+ years of experience with project management and resource planning tools building and executing actionable plans
• 8 years of experience effectively executing concurrent projects of varying size, cost, technologies, complexity and risk
• 8+ years of experience Loan origination product experience.
• 5 years of experience working in an Agile delivery model.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $122,200 - $240,600.
