PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Initiates proactive cold calls to prospects in order to grow sales revenue and build customer relationships. Conducts pre-call research and planning to set goals for the call and anticipates customer needs.
2. Follows through on campaigns and calls.
3. Ensures smooth hand off of a vetted lead to Sales.

4. Adept at researching prospects online (websites) and via LinkedIn.
5. Building prospecting data set for Sales as needed (especially for RAM accounts where we are targeting new areas within large established clients).
6. Generates and analyzes reports to identify customer trends in order to support calls and reporting requirements.
7.Coming up with ideas on how to best identify the right customers and individuals to target for acquisition.
8. Participates in required sales training that will allow the World Courier sales force to continually maintain a consultative sales approach with all customers. Actively seeks additional training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
9. By monitoring all incoming LATAM leads, this position will look for trending requests, and work internally to improve the lead generation process, potentially exploring new business opportunities should the need arise. 10. Performs related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a minimum sales experience including territory prospecting, individual customer needs analysis, tailored proposal follow through or specialty logistics operations. Training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

13. Thorough understanding of Cencora Solutions and which would apply best to their individual customer's needs

16. Meticulous follow-up skills; assertive in promoting ABC solutions to prospective customers
17. Strong interpersonal skills
18. Strong LinkedIn / social media abilities.
19. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system preferred
