What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in size, complexity and scope.
  • Contribute to and support the development of Project Management deliverables (such as Charters, Risk / Action / Issue / Dependency logs, Project Plans, Resource Plans, Communication Plans, and Status Updates).
  • Perform project setup and maintenance in the applicable environments, including setting up processes for project time tracking and managing the project documentation repository.
  • Maintains schedules of essential activities, milestones and deadlines, and assist the Project Manager with resource assignment and tracking progress for tasks.
  • Coordinates with Project Manager in preparing for, and facilitating project meetings; delivers Meeting Minutes post.
  • Works closely with Project Manager and delivery teams for project fulfillment.
  • Maintains project artifacts as required; retrieves stored or archived artifacts as needed.
  • Prepares project reports and updates, including Financial and time tracking reports.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Clear understanding of budgeting process
  • A proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong project coordination skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple projects of various diverse scope
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes and technology
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Word, Access and Outlook
