Job Details
In this role, you will own our product rollout roadmap and ensure the business follows agreed processes to approve vendor rate cards and vendors correctly submit invoices for review. This role will transform existing and create new documentation explaining Tradeshift processes into simple, clear, and concise user documents that are user friendly and support increased business understanding and awareness. This role will support the business day to day as subject matter expert on process / policy, ensure new users complete training and new profiles (user and offices) are setup correctly.

This role will be responsible for delivering simple, clear, and concise reporting of project benefits related to Tradeshift adoption monthly to business teams. The role will also support our analytics team to automate related reporting into dashboards. This role will also support their line manager (Tradeshift relationship owner) with delivering all required enhancements ensuring the product improvement roadmap is kept up to date and presentation ready.
This role will foster a continuous improvement culture and "active listening" to data user needs, ensuring feedback is translated into enhancement projects documented on an improvement roadmap for each report. This role will lead initiatives (requesting analytics and technology team support where necessary) to rollout regular improvements; keeping report users informed for upcoming updates.
This role will be expected work from a Cencora office location a minimum of 2 days a week.
- Become a trusted subject matter expert in Tradeshift and share data with business systems
- Support the product delivery strategy by delivering product launches in business entities.
- Manage the product lifecycle and product enhancement roadmap
- Deliver communications and presentations about new features and enhancements
- Create internal product marketing and run the super user network to drive increased usage
- Lead business impact analysis when there are changes to Tradeshift process flows.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests: ensuring analysis clearly answers the business request
- Ensure review meetings have a clear agenda and minutes / actions / action owners are captured
- Collaborate with action owners to ensure business actions are progressed and actioned
- Own clear and concise progress communications to role stakeholders
- Capture business and vendor feedback on user experience and usage statistics
- Document business requirements for existing feature improvement or new feature requests.
- Document preparation methodology and data sources of all performance reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting and dashboards based on user feedback
Requirements
Experience and education
- Educated to at least bachelor's degree level
- Experience managing projects or improving processes
- Experience using Tradeshift, PowerBI or Alteryx (desirable, training will be provided)
- Previous experience in product management
- Training budget for accounting qualification offered
Minimum skills, knowledge, and ability requirements
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Solid Microsoft Excel knowledge (knowledge of macros is desirable)
- Confident user of Microsoft Teams & Outlook applications
- Able to explain and present work in a simple, clear, and concise matter
- Experience engaging, influencing and communicating to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and project management practices
