FP&A Financial Analyst (Global Business Service Center)
Position Summary:
The Cencora Business Services (CBS) finance tower is responsible for global financial service delivery, overseeing both sourced and CBS delivery teams, as well as integrated CBS data and reporting. As part of this team, this position will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle complex datasets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Input and manage financial data related to Plan, Estimate, and Long Range Plan (LRP) into our Enterprise Planning Management (EPM) system.
- Payroll & FTE Tracking: Produce detailed tracking reports of payroll expenses and Full-Time Employees (FTEs) across over 100 cost centers, ensuring accurate monitoring of more than 1,000 FTEs.
- Data Reconciliation: Reconcile FTE data from EPM with the workforce planning system, Workday. Identify discrepancies, conduct analysis, and collaborate with the finance team to resolve issues.
- Variance Reporting: Identify and report on payroll variances/changes by reconciling data with source systems like Workday. Provide in-depth analysis of deviations.
- Expense Management: Oversee operating expenses for various departments including sales, operations, analytics, and commercial support organizations that drive key distribution channels.
- Analytical Reporting: Generate year-over-year, quarter-over-quarter, and month-to-date analysis comparing actual results against Plan/Estimate/Prior year metrics for key expense accounts such as Travel & Entertainment, Professional Fees, Repairs & Maintenance.
- Collaboration With Finance Team: Partner with the Finance team to ensure timely updates to estimates and provide monthly financial reporting to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning & analysis within a large corporation or global business service environment, preferably in a captive center.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Planning Management (EPM) systems and Workday.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Consultative mindset - being able to translate data in meaningful insights and provide a point of view
- Continuous improvement experience/qualifications (6 Sigma/Lean) is a plus

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Chartered Accountant qualification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
- Knowledge and training using various data analytics software and visualization tools, e.g., SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, etc is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
