What will you do?

As a Security Officer at Alloga, you will embody our core values and uphold high standards of security across our sites. You will be a crucial part of our dedicated team, ensuring the safety of our products, employees, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of access and egress control to the site.
• Continuously monitor and operate critical site applications, including CCTV, Fire, and Intruder systems.
• Conduct internal and external patrols, incorporating staff and vehicle searches.
• Produce accurate reports and communicate effectively via email and telephone.

What will you bring?

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is always aware of their surroundings and possesses excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across various teams.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a heavy logistics and warehousing environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Assertive yet motivational team player.
• Experience in a security lead role is advantageous.
• SIA licence holder is a plus.

Additional Pay:

• Overtime rate after 39 hours: Time + half = £18
• Double time on Sundays = £24 (Sunday must be the 5th day of the week)
• Night shift premium of 1/3 (£3.73 per hour) for night shifts only.
