You will establish a deep understanding of user needs and translate them into intuitive product designs that enable our customers to implement actions, automations, and orchestrations with ease. In crafting these designs, you will work with our custom design system in Figma, both as a consumer and contributor.

Together with your cross-functional team, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and AI to bring innovation and efficiency to our customers. Your ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering partners on intricate topics will be key to your success in this role.

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, collaborating within software development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of interaction design, usability engineering, testing methodologies, and gestalt principles, with the ability to effectively communicate how these factors impact design decisions.
  • Skilled in applying usability principles and techniques through various stages of product development including requirements gathering, user journey mapping, creating lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
  • Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
  • Strong empathy for users, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate for user-centered design within and across teams to improve product usability.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards to ensure designs are inclusive for all users.
