The Role:

A strong partner ecosystem doesn’t just support the growth of a business - it ignites innovation, amplifies reach, and creates a powerful network effect that moves the entire business forward. As Marketing Director, Global Partners & Programs, you will be the driving force behind leading our global partner marketing strategy and operations.

As a key leader on the team, you will manage a team of partner marketers, lead collaboration with regional partner marketing teams, and drive stakeholder alignment across the ecosystem. This role will focus on driving marketing initiatives with our Global System Integrators (GSIs), Technology Partners like Microsoft and AWS, and overseeing marketing for our strategic partner programs like Celonis Platform Apps Program, Celonis for Consulting, “To” Partner Marketing, and more.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, skilled at aligning with senior stakeholders, and a hands-on leader with a passion for partner marketing and a track record of developing high-performing teams and building successful partner programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.  

The work you’ll do:

  • Lead Global Partner Marketing Strategy: Guide the team on marketing strategies to support GSI and Tech Partner relationships, as well as own partner marketing strategy and execution for strategy partners like McKinsey and BCG.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, marketing leadership, and extend marketing team to ensure alignment on objectives, inclusion of partners in the marketing motion, and overall partner marketing program execution.
  • Manage Partner Programs: Oversee the execution and optimization of partner marketing programs, including CeloConnect (our “to” partner motion), Celonis Platform Apps Program, and Celonis for Consulting.

Direct Demand Generation: Collaborate with regional and field marketing to design and implement demand generation campaigns with GSIs and Tech partners that increase awareness, create leads, and accelerate pipeline with and through partners.

  • Develop Thought Leadership: Guide the team in the creation of co-branded content, case studies, webinars, and event sponsorships to showcase joint successes and establish market leadership with our partners.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Mentor, coach, and grow the team of partner marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, quality, creativity, and career development. 
  • Track and Analyze Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of partner marketing activities and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Flagship Event Leadership: Partner with the events team to plan and execute Ecosystem Summit and partner presence and sponsorship at Celonis’ flagship events - Celosphere and Process Intelligence Days.


The qualifications you need:

  • 8+ years marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in partner marketing, preferably with GSIs, technology partnerships, or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams with a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven leadership style.
  • Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across regions and teams.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, joint go-to-market motions, and partner program design, including "to", "with", and "through" partner marketing frameworks
  • Experience marketing partner-developed apps and scaling programs to drive market demand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making. 
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Fluent in English
  • Please Note: This role will involve travel for partner-facing activities and internal stakeholder meetings.
