The Role:

As an intern on the Global Partner Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with partner marketers who manage our global system integrator (GSI) partnerships (e.g.: Accenture, Deloitte, etc. ) and Tech Partnerships (e.g.: Microsoft). This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop essential partner marketing skills and gain hands-on experience that can set you on a path toward a successful career in this field. 

In this role, you will assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, thought leadership content, and more. You’ll also support performance tracking, reporting, and partner engagement efforts to help optimize our marketing strategies.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys working in a team environment, and is eager to learn about the intersection of marketing, technology, and strategic partnerships.

The work you’ll do:

  • Research Partner Marketing Opportunities: Identify and assess third-party and partner-hosted activities to support marketing plans across our GSI and Technology Partnerships.
  • Support Partner-Focused Initiatives: Support the build and execution of partner-facing initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership content to engage and inform our partner ecosystem.
  • Create Marketing Materials: Assist in developing content, assets, and joint promotional material to support go-to-market initiatives with key GSI and technology partners.
  • Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor key metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize partner marketing efforts and understand the impact to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the events manager to coordinate logistics for key events such as Celosphere and Process Intelligence Days. Tasks may include timeline management, vendor coordination, audiovisual setup, development of a promotional plan to drive attendance, and location-specific planning.

The qualifications you need:

  • Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, event management, or other related degree.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, is resourceful, and thrives when working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and events while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Comfortable working with data and tracking results. Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms or interest in learning about marketing technology is a plus.
  • Prior internship experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and at least six months of full-time availability.
