Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple calendars
• Research
• Take Meeting Notes
• Social Media and Marketing Support
• Prepare materials for meetings
• Schedule meetings and events
• Prioritize phone calls and email correspondence
• Mail/FEDEX Correspondence
• Create reports and complete various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
• Social Media
• Experience and interest in technology preferred
• Microsoft Office skills (including expert knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with calendar management
