Associate Managers for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Lead technical team to maintain the SLA in the Enterprise Billing System and support new initiatives for migrating the legacy system into the Enterprise System. Work with business analysts to gather requirements and design new solutions for every release. Work with finance, audit, and business operations team members to ensure proper application of all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and that appropriate standards are met. Ensure client satisfaction in partnership with internal teams. Define and scope client requirements and deliverables. Coordinate tasks, assign appropriate resources, and ensure proper task completion. Identify risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of a project, notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate. Control quality by reviewing deliverables prior to client presentation, enhancing internal and external deliverables/documents as needed, and suggesting process improvements as appropriate. Partner with business users to fully surface their requirements, conducting interviews with key project stakeholders and documenting and presenting the results. Assist in the definition of roll out, training, and user support plans. Provide leadership to team members. Participate and adhere to the release and change management processes and planning as well as documentation and follow through. Technical Environment: ERP Finance application (Oracle BRM, Zuora, Billing Platform); Subscription/Usage model enterprise applications; ERP (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, NetSuite); Middleware integration platforms (Jitterbit, Dell Bhoomi, Mule Soft, SOA); External application integration through SOAP and REST APIs; Quote-to-cash, accounting and financial concepts; JavaScript; SQL; PLSQL; Web Services; Unix Scripts; UI experience for designing customer payment portal and document solution platforms; Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field plus two years of experience in software/systems development/analysis required. Required Skills: ERP Finance application (Oracle BRM or Zuora or Billing Platform) or similar Subscription/Usage model enterprise application or ERP (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, NetSuite); Successfully managed at least two large scale Enterprise Application Implementation projects; Middleware integration platforms (Jitterbit, Dell Bhoomi, Mule Soft, SOA or similar); External application integration through SOAP and REST APIs; Quote-to-cash, accounting and financial concepts; JavaScript; SQL; PLSQL; Web Services; Unix Scripts; UI experience for designing Customer Payment Portal and Document solution platforms; Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Telecommuting permitted. (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in software/systems development/analysis also acceptable).
