Salary range is:
$94,409.00 - $140,000.00

The Role
As the Accounting Manager at CCC, you'll leverage your public accounting experience to manage a talented team of Staff and Senior Accountants. This role provides significant visibility, including regular interaction with Senior Management, and the CFO, and offers exposure to SEC public filings. You'll collaborate across the organization, contributing to a growing business with diverse responsibilities that will help you build your skills. The position is hybrid, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Prepare financial statements and internal management reporting
- Review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and analyses
- Manage relationship with internal and external auditors
- Support the Director of SEC Reporting with quarterly reporting deliverables and analysis
- Review and prepare technical accounting memos for new and complex transactions
- Review and research new accounting pronouncements and assist in implementation, if applicable
- Coach, mentor and lead accounting team and manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely manner
- Work closely with the Controller and Director of SEC Reporting, assisting with routine and non-routine functions, including special projects and process improvements and efficiencies
- Manage/assist in compliance with internal controls over financial reporting
- Participate in department project and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA required
- 7+ years of total accounting experience
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Workday Financials and Hyperion PBCS is a plus
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
