About The Role:
As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Analyst, you will assist with the programming of future work environments for small to large-sized clients.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a strategic framework for research processes and report-outs with management direction
- Contribute to collecting clients' needs and programming office future spaces
- Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data from various platforms
- Work cross-functionally with various internal and external subject matter experts to detail the consequences of new workplace and workspace recommendations
- Construct and act on a range of communication plans for client project work and internal team initiatives
- Guide internal and external working groups for feedback and evaluation
- Have a basic understanding of building codes and occupational standards
- Have some knowledge of standard design and hospitality principles with limited practical experience in applying them
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Ability to use existing procedures to tackle ambiguous and variable problems
- Customer service and customer experience oriented
- Experience in analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficiency in data analytics platforms. Examples include Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
- Ability to participate in public speaking engagements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Strategy Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
