What you'll do
- Provides coordination and support for delivery of workplace services like A/V Support, Meeting and event management, Supply and Expense Management, Meeting, and events coordination Equipment Care, etc.
- Connect with building engineer for maintenance repairs and issues and ensure work orders are completed and create tickets for soft services
- Work with health and safety team to check facility fire safety equipment is operational, such as fire extinguishers and first aid kits as well as AED kits
- Be familiar with power outage protocols and use of backup generator
- Be familiar with client emergency protocol procedures
- Comfortability with navigating computer-based applications
- Coordinate and partner with onsite or outside vendor partners to schedule work to be completed and ensure accuracy of completion

HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 1 year of front desk coordinator experience
- Open and flexible work schedules.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, and memos and ask clarifying questions. Desire to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
- Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help.
- Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility. This includes standing in position for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling, and frequently lifting to 40 lbs.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $24.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $28.25 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
