About The Role:
The CBRE Business Transformation Leader is an expert data-driven, process, and organizational change professional that will help drive a key pillar of our strategy: to reimagine the 'what' and 'how' we deliver value to our clients. At the heart of successful transformation is effective value engineering. In order to drive a scalable operating model to support client value, process adherence is essential.
What You'll Do:
• Drive value exploration and definition for our clients.
• Develop a commercially viable operating model and build a vision to inspire clients and teams to align and move towards that vision.

• Identify areas of improvement and work with the relevant team members to drive outcomes. In today's digital world, working with automation teams will be key to success.
• Assist with providing efficient and effective strategic operations. This includes revenue growth and profitability, new business development, etc.
• Drive adherence to global internal directives and best-practices.
• Conduct departmental financial evaluations.
• Ensure that all Marketing collateral, press releases, and web publishing are in accordance with company standards. Work with internal marketing and communications teams to ensure effective service delivery, business promotion, advertisement, and public relations.
• Lead and set priorities for project resources and assess needs. Conduct training needs making sure CBRE standards are met.
• Apply a robust knowledge of multiple subject areas, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Persuade managers and colleagues to act while guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.
• Identify and solve multifaceted operational and organizational problems using the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
• Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job functions.
• May provide formal supervision to employees which includes monitoring the training and development of staff, conducting performance evaluations, mentoring, and coordinating the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• May coordinate and lead the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Enablement skills such program & project management.
• Experienced organizational skills and an high level inquisitive mentality.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to set, lead and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results within a function.
• Ability to work effectively and closely with business partners and clients.
• Exceptional skills in process mapping / consulting workshops is critical.
• Black Belt Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the US Business Transformation Leader position is $215,000 annually [or $103.36 per hour] and the maximum salary for the US Business Transformation Leader position is $225,000 annually [or $108.17 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
