The CBRE's Design practice, is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the Atlanta, GA location. Join the engineering design capability within the largest commercial real estate services company in the world. What you'll do:

  • Prepares mechanical designs and perform calculations in support of large commercial and industrial projects - both renovation and new construction.
  • Assist the Senior Engineer with planning the layout of a project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval
  • Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems.
  • Prepares scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
  • Assists Senior Engineer with construction administration duties and conducting periodic on-site observation of work during construction to supervise compliance with plans.
  • Advises integration of technical activities and products including the preparation of operating and maintenance manuals, studies and reports.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or master's degree from four-year college or university in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience required.
  • EIT or PE License desired
  • Experience with Revit is strongly preferred.
