About the Role:
As a CBRE Sr Facilities Manager, you will lead many functions of building operations and maintenance for our client's southeast region based in Atlanta. This highly regarded position is within the Facilities Management functional area which is vital asset to our portfolio. It will require a candidate who can set high-expectations, run client outcomes, high-touch quality service, and have oversight of critical and non-critical assets.

What You will Need:
- Prefer a critical facilities and/or lab facilities management background.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Property or Facility Management certification highly preferred.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and exciting performance and retention is helpful.
- Ability to own the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to empower the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job subject areas, and department.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Extensive interpersonal skills and an inquisitive approach.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
