About The Role:

The role reports to the President / Managing Director, Client Solutions, Americas, geographically and to the Managing Director, Advisory & Transaction Services India, functionally.

The primary role of the candidate for the India Desk is to steward and manage the relationships with CBRE Colleagues, 3rd party brokers and focus on business development with clients wherein CBRE does not have an established relationship / competition clients

CBRE does not have an established relationship / competition clients

  • Business development
  • Working with Market leaders and sales management leaders
  • Enabling transactions business for CBRE in India

Manage and develop the alliance relationship through:

  • Clear and effective communication
  • Interfacing with stakeholders
  • Working as a team to enhance client experience
  • Identifying areas of value-added services
  • Assist in the delivery of real estate transactions for US clients into India
  • Work with the India leadership and platform team, to enable service delivery
  • Track interactions, engagements and reporting

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree or equivalent
  • Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline is desirable
  • 10+ years in the real estate industry or relevant client engagement, preferably in transaction management or brokerage
  • Business Development, Client relationship management, and Process-focused
  • Transaction management/brokerage experience
  • Understanding of company controls/procedures
  • Thorough and meticulous work practices, excellent attention to detail, remaining task focused
  • Proactive self-starter, Independent and possess initiative
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Able to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Time management skills: ability to multi-task - manage concurrent tasks in parallel and prioritise accordingly
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues whilst working in a team environment
  • Presents solutions to problems, escalating in a timely manner where necessary
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills, diplomatic but assertive
  • Advanced working knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Demonstrates excellent understanding of customer needs
  • Commercial acumen, Excellent presentation skills, and Sensitive to cross-cultural exposures
  • Organising and prioritizing a large and varied workload
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
