About The Role:

Reporting to the VP of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for validating the implementation of action plans to address various risks, challenges, and events. This new role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with senior leaders across our diverse portfolio of services, which could create additional opportunities for expansion and exposure if outcomes are consistently and optimally delivered. As the Senior Manager, you play a critical role in understanding key risks associated with new ventures and organizational challenges. We are seeking candidates with extensive audit and/or risk experience, strong executive presence and superior communication and project management skills, as well as advanced critical thinking abilities.

This job is part of the Legal Compliance job function. They are responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance that balances business and compliance solutions to inform the company of options and risks.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with risk and business leaders to understand and monitor action plans addressing key risks.
  • Contribute to risk management initiatives by identifying potential risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to management for addressing challenges, improving efficiency, and boosting performance.
  • Assist in corporate investigations to uphold ethical business practices.
  • Analyze organizational challenges to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
  • Validate timely implementation of management action plans for addressing risks and strategic objectives.
  • Use technology to monitor action plans and provide enterprise-wide insights and dashboard reporting by business, function, geography and risk area.
  • Conduct forensic analysis to support ongoing monitoring, as appropriate.
  • Champion effective communication and implementation of strategies by collaborating with the internal audit team and other departments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance internal controls by collaborating with various departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and risk awareness.

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in internal controls, audit or risk management.
  • Proficiency in internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and AI tools for identifying trends and anomalies.
  • Aptitude to use AI as a differentiator to work more efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to own the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
