About The Role:

The Senior Director of Product is a pivotal role responsible for driving technology strategy, product vision, and execution. This role leads Digital Business Operations team members and collaborates closely with multi-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement the platform product strategy, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support in product planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Collaborate across teams to implement ongoing product enhancements.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and collect customer insights to define and drive the product and technology roadmap.
  • Champion user-centric design and continuous improvement, ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver best-in-class user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategies with overall business objectives and drive growth.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in client servicing, technology solutions, or a related area, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred.
  • 5+ years Yardi Investment Management/Investment Accounting experience preferred.
  • Consistent record of leading client relationships and delivering technology solutions that drive client satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of contract language and capable of ensuring team compliance with contractual terms.
  • Superb communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of specialists.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to analyze trends and performance data to inform decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams, including Business Development and Product Development.
