About The Role:
Working under general supervision, provides support to senior leaders and brokers by providing analysis, research, and perspective of client and market information that enables the business to think and approach clients strategically.
Plays an active role in all aspects of the client engagement process by gathering information, identifying issues, forming hypotheses, providing input during client discussions, designing and conducting analyses, and creating materials for use with existing and prospective clients.
What You'll Do:
Supports Industrial & Logistics Line of Business Leadership in growing the occupier business. Such projects include broker revenue analysis, market share analysis, business activity stats, research on potential acquisition targets, research on recruiting, competition analysis, client touch program, relationship database and client care & development program.

Develops tools and drives efforts to better support business development functions and revenue driving activities. Such efforts include intensive relationship and/or company analysis, preparing company x-ray information, assisting with pitch presentation preparations, developing and researching business development target lists, and fielding company and relationship inquiries. Creation of formatted proposals and light marketing design will be required on an ad-hoc basis.
Conducts financial modeling and portfolio and asset valuation on target clients' holdings or prospects to provide perspective and recommendations on business development strategies and solutions.
Performs competitive analyses on business opportunities and client segments.
- Secure new and expanded large business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to the current client base.
- Establish relationships with key business partners across various organizational levels.
- Create proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials for management review.
- Drive financial, operational, and other measures and KPIs assigned in the annual review.
- Oversee sales activity throughout the process, reviewing accurate, up-to-date information in sales database systems.
- Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
- May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
- Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
- Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

- High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
- Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.
