About the Role:
As a CBRE Records Administrative Coordinator, you will performs diversified technical, clerical, and administrative support functions related to records creation, retention, retrieval, and storage. Responds to all records requests in a timely manner to facilitate workflow and scheduling for department staff.
This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor.
What You'll Do:
- Sort and classifies information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.
- Add new material to file records or build new files as needed.
- Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users. Keeps records of materials filed or removed using logbooks or computer.
- Uses appropriate technology to image and index documents for storage on imaging or document storage platform and may assist users for the platform. Verifies' quality and accuracy of scanned images. May coordinate imaging services provided by third party.
- Perform general file maintenance including moving items to archives per established guidelines or requirements.
- Maintain inventory onsite and offsite records in compliance with business requirements.
- Act as lead on document management responsibilities pertaining to high-profile clients.
- Assists manager or takes lead in documenting and maintaining departmental procedures and make efforts to analyze and streamline processes related to document building, use, storage and retrieval. Assists with systems upgrades.

What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Formal training preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to work in multiple software platforms and learn and retain technical software applications quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
- May need to be physically able to lift and move 30-40 boxes and operate a two-wheel dolly.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Records Admin Coordinator position is $45,000 annually [or $21.64 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Records Admin Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
