About the role:
- Under limited supervision, provides general administrative support for the Real Estate Management Team and assists with tenant and/or vendor customer service.
- Working onsite in Minneapolis, MN USA.
What you'll do:
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks for assigned staff including but not limited to phone support, draft, preparation of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing and copying, etc.
Maintain tenant, vendor and property files, including insurance certificates, lease abstracts, onsite tenant amenities, etc. in accordance with all prescribed standards.

Work with Building Technician staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance item requests. May open work orders. Coordinate and monitor status of work assigned to vendors.
Coordinate tenant events and appreciation, and help with publication and distribution of tenant newsletters.
May initiate rent collections correspondence and phone contact with tenant where permitted by state regulations.
Assist with budget preparation by researching costs for supplies and services and obtaining bids. Align with bid process guidelines, and facilitate preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
Assist with preparation of Common Area Maintenance dues, invoices and any related correspondence.
Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable, and codes invoices for payment, inputs into our accounting system, and forward all original invoices to accounting for payment.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of three years of related experience or training. Previous administrative experience or commercial real estate experience is preferred.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles and ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to tackle problems and requires basic analytical skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Services Administrator position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Services Administrator position is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
