About The Role:
As a CBRE Real Estate Services Sr. Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing advanced customer service support to tenants and vendors.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You'll Do:
• Assist management with various administrative tasks. This includes answering phones, communicating with tenants, preparing expense reports, scheduling meetings, filing and copying.
• Maintain files, including property handbooks, memos, contracts, insurance certificates, and leases. Verify all are up to date and in compliance with company policies.

• Assists management, Building Technicians, vendors, and tenants, with submitting maintenance requests. Open, coordinate, and monitor the status of work assigned to team members and vendors.
• Review internal lease administration documents such as lease abstracts as directed. Oversee lease administration activities including lease set up, lease changes, reporting etc.
• Assist with accounts payable process, submit invoices for payment, create purchase orders, vendor setup, and run reports.
• Manage conference room calendars and assist tenants, as needed.
• Maintains tenant and vendor contact lists and updates no less than quarterly.
• Conduct tenant orientations and property tours, as requested.
• Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory.
• Prepare both internal and external mail, including special handling packages and mailing lists. Distribute mail as needed.
• Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
• Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
• Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
• Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
• Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
• Ability to learn and manage new software and programs.
• Ability to prepare written communication in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
• General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Services Administrator position is $48.000 annually [or $23.07 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Services Administrator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
