About the role

As a CBRE quality and compliance analyst you will assist in the maintenance of services provided to this Life Sciences/ Pharma client.

This job is part of the contractual Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite in Cambridge, MA.

What you'll do

Perform all service level agreement support changes coordinate the event and root cause investigation process.

Contribute to the inspection readiness program for the site. Track the vendor management program to ensure compliance.

Assist with the routine enforcement of all quality management services.

Partake in the integration and routine oversight of the client's stated requirements. Partner with the clients internal team members support company and client agendas evaluate continuous improvement efficiency.

Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience and applying them

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Impact the quality of own work.

Work with standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree preferred with up to three years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Nice to have Pharma/ GMP/ GXP/ Root Cause Analysis within a regulated environment.

DMAIC and/or Business Lead Investigator (BLI) nice to have but not required.

Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include word excel outlook etc.

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
