About the Role:
As a CBRE Furniture Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing
Furniture Projects across the Real Estate Portfolio for our Technology Client in San Jose and
Mountain View. You will provide Furniture project and administrative support to the Space and
Occupancy Management Team. This includes ticket processing, asset management, project
management & documentation, invoice & PO processing, and onsite technical services.

• Act as Space Management delivery main POC for Furniture Projects for assigned
campuses in Technology Company's Real Estate Portfolio.

Space and Occupancy Management Team.
• Manage ticketing queue system for all tickets related to furniture support services.
• Process documentation and As-Builts for project commitments. Obtain internal and
external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders with consultants and
vendors.
• Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects amongst teams and
clients.
• Enter project information and data into project management technology tools.
• Process invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration deliverables.
• Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial
reconciliation.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited
opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close
supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
• Contract Furniture and Project Coordination/Management Experience
• CAD and Design Experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite products. Examples include Google Docs, Sheets,
Slides, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager, Furniture Lead position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager, Furniture Lead position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
