About the Role:

As a CBRE Program Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for program coordination and support for an assigned client account, focused on driving achievement of the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.

This is a remote position in Chicago, Dallas, or Fort Lauderdale.

  • Guide projects or programs, from start to finish, to achieve target goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review status for active and pending projects or programs. Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.
  • Present routine reports, including status reports and project summaries.
  • Gather data and summarize to facilitate review and decision-making
  • Recommend and help implement account process improvements.
  • Coordinate standing & recurring account governance calls, including scheduling, compiling content and, where needed, call facilitation. Examples include Weekly Staff call, Monthly Global Operations call and Monthly Deliverables calls (AMS, APAC, EMEA).
  • Develop and coordinate global and regional account team communications, including:
    • Quarterly Account Newsletter
    • Quarterly Account Awards Program
    • Semi-Annual Townhall Calls
  • Manage and maintain key contract documents, including Master Service Agreement, Local Country Agreements, Annual KPI Metrics, etc.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and working knowledge of other job disciplines and service line functions.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

  • What You'll Need:

    • Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to present information with ease.
    • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS Project, and intranet/internet.
    • A combination of relevant experience and education totaling 3-5 years.
    • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
    • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgement and precedents.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
    • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
