  • Build a strong network and business book while completing a 12-month training program for market knowledge and transaction expertise.
  • Develop relationships and use negotiation skills to market and sell client assets.
  • Expand business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and utilizing CBRE's global resources.
  • Provide clients with updates on leasing, market conditions, and property values, while preparing valuation opinions and transaction materials.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree and Real Estate Salesperson license (or willingness to obtain) required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in real estate or professional sales; leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
