About the Role:
CBRE has committed to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2040. This goal is supported by two near-term targets (2030) approved by the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) and two strategic objectives focused on purchasing 100% renewable energy for our corporate operations by the end of 2025 and electrifying our vehicle fleet by the end of 2035. The Corporate Sustainability team measures progress towards the Company's sustainability commitments and is responsible for voluntary and regulatory reporting of our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and climate-related business impacts.
The Net Zero Program Manager is responsible for working across business segments and corporate functions to solve complex sustainability challenges for our own operations. At the direction of the Director Net Zero, you will support implementation of the Company's climate transition strategy across a highly matrixed organization. In this role, you will build partnerships with internal teams and sustainability subject matter experts (SMEs) to align initiatives with industry-leading frameworks and standards, operationalize programs and measure progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
