About the role

As a CBRE Moves Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all occupancy, space management, and move and change activity services are delivered efficiently and optimally. This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space accuracy, new hire Seating assignments, and small/large/project move services.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with the S&OP team to ensure efficient and effective utilization of available space.
  • Support the move process and partner selection, management, and oversight.
  • Ensure the provision of innovative and creative alternative layout options to improve workflow and enhance the client working environment.
  • Coordinate client move projects to ensure accurate delivery of changes on time and within budget.
  • Confirm building area readiness for all moves.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
  • Ensure moves are performed in a manner consistent with detailed processes.
  • Coordinates pre-move walk-throughs to ensure space readiness.
  • Advises various stakeholders of scheduled moves ( IT, Janitorial, Security, etc).
  • Weekly new hire, term and transfer tracking to ensure space accuracy.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive attitude.
  • Experience with presenting with all levels of management.
  • Ability to optimally direct crew of movers and furniture installers.
  • Flexibility with work hours, evenings and weekends as needed to support moves/projects.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task job duties.
  • Integrity and ability to interact well with others

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Project Manager position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Project Manager position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
