About the role
Working under limited supervision when supporting assigned service calls, uses intermediate skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems and equipment, vehicles, and grounds within a geographical area/route potentially across multiple sites. Monitors building system operations and performance. Applies several trade skills such as plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing.

What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communications
- Uses computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mobile Tech position is $25.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Mobile Tech position is $30.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
